A prestigious residence, 330m high tower, office and shopping mall project on an area of 750.000 m².
Project includes 5900 car parking capacity, a Concert Area, Public Landscape Area, Sports Hall, Parks and many social activity areas.
During the construction, 4.5 million tons of excavation was carried out, 100.000 tons of iron and 1.3 million tons of concrete were used. The project is the largest project of its kind carried out in Turkey at one time.
The project has received the Leed Gold Certificate.

Within the Northern Marmara highway project, a highway, tunnels and 3rd bosphorus bridge is constructed. For Riva and Camlik tunnels, electro-mechanical design service was given by YPU project including power distribution, lighting, jetfan, CCTV, fire alarm, intercom, information displays and a complete SCADA system.
